Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for successful execution of end-to-end Bench Sales Recruiting daily activities and prompt placement of the bench candidates
  • Mange the bench sales team Build and lead the team, make hiring/firing decisions
  • Closely work with the management to understand the goals. Develop strategies and plans to meet the goals
  • Generate periodic metrics reports to track, measure and improve performance
  • Setup bench sales best practices, processes, standards and targets
  • Setup self-goals and constantly strive to exceed the expectations
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to place the bench candidates.
  • Need to involve in hands-on Bench sales activities as needed
  • Evaluate candidates and come up with a marketing readiness plan. Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.
  • Manage full cycle of Sales - submitting the consultants, negotiating the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
  • Markete candidates in various source like Dice, Monster, and social networking portals etc.
  • Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis.
  • Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market.
  • Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules.
  • Manage relationship with existing vendors/clients and obtain performance feedback on placed candidates
  • Provide periodic management updates, submit new ideas and work towards improvements

Required experience and skills:

  • Ability to work independently and show results. Can-Do and Will-Do attitude.
  • Should have 3-6 years of Experience as Sr. US IT Bench Sales Lead / Manager
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing teams.
  • Familiar with latest IT skills and technologies.
  • Well versed with bench consultant marketing techniques.
  • Experienced with full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
  • Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time. Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.
  • Extensive experience working on Corp-to-Corp requirements. Able to identify IT requirements and address vendor responses on priority basis.
  • Having experience in working with and relationship with Tier 1 Vendors. Possessing pre-existing large vendor contact lists
  • Highly flexible and available to make fast sales. Ability to continuously work with local manager and on-shore leaders. J0bc0de for this position is mitbench
  • Expert in Bench Sales including of OPT, CPT, H1Bs, TNs, GCs, USC s & EADs. Should have expertise in Transferring H1B profiles.
  • Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors.
  • Expert in presenting candidates profiles to best match with the client requirements
