JOB SCOPE:

• Own the PL for Destination Weddings business for Meragi
• Manage a large team of Wedding Consultants (Relationship Managers) Wedding Planners and be responsible for their productivity and output.
• Run a high performance team that meets monthly sales targets
• Give the central teams deep insights on the city in terms of catalog, pricing, customer behaviour, lead quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You need to be a rockstar with proven sales track record
• Tier 1 MBA with 2-4 years of experience or Tier 1 Undergrad/Tier 2 MBA with 4-10 years of experience in FMCG/E-Com/Fast Paced startups
• Comfortable in handling large teams
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
