Job Description
- Assisting with the end-to-end accounting process.
- Raising accurate sales invoices.
- Ensuring that accounting complies with respective provisions of various statutory compliances (viz.,TDS, GST, PT, PF, EST, etc.).
- Collating accurate and timely data required for statutory compliances (viz., TDS, GST, PT, PF, EST, etc.).
- Assisting the team by providing information, documents with respect to books of accounts by ensuring proper documentation of the documents, records, etc.
- Coordinating with various teams/departments to collate data for the accounting process.
- Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor s/Master Degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting using Tally ERP
- Knowledge and understanding of taxes like GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data management and support.
- Ensuring and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
