Program Manager (1-5 yrs)

As a Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Omaza's growth trajectory. You'll work closely with all the teams and leadership to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and contribute to key business decisions that align with the organization's vision.

Responsibilities :

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute projects effectively.

Process Optimization :

- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline the processes.

- Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives ensuring goals are met.

- Manage budget, billing, and funding channels for the growth team to ensure maximum productivity.

Requirements :

Experience :

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in program or project management, business strategy, consulting, or a similar role.

Education: Bachelor's degree from Tier-1 institutions.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence software.
