Business Analyst (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

- Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and provide recommendations for strategic decisions.

- Assist in the development of business strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Collaborate with leadership to create and implement actionable plans to achieve organizational goals.

- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate and execute projects effectively.

- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.

- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose innovative solutions for optimization.

- Work with cross-functional teams to implement and track the effectiveness of process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutions.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategy consulting, or a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.

- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

- Familiarity with data analysis methodologies and tools is a plus.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Understanding of financial modeling and budgeting processes.

- Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

- Certifications in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
