Job Title: Marketing Manager.
Position Overview:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to spearhead both digital and traditional marketing efforts in the real estate sector.
- The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational efficiency, with responsibilities that include developing marketing campaigns, managing vendor relationships, overseeing budgets, and optimizing customer engagement through CRM systems.
- This position requires experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels, with a strong ability to drive brand visibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans across digital, print, and outdoor channels, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media, website content, email campaigns, and paid advertising to enhance online presence.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
- Outdoor & Traditional Marketing: Plan and implement offline marketing initiatives such as hoardings, brochures, and event activations.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams (Purchase, Accounts) for seamless campaign execution.
- Site Visits & Brand Consistency: Conduct regular site visits to ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand standards and suggest improvements.
- Budget & Campaign Management: Manage marketing budgets, track expenditures, and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and deliver ROI.
- Analytics & CRM: Analyze campaign performance and customer data, providing insights and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually innovate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital and traditional forms of marketing.
- Strong project management, vendor coordination, and budgeting skills.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Preferred Skills:.
- Experience with paid digital ads (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO and its application in marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality or related fields.
