Job Description

Key Responsibilities*:


- *Staff Management*:

- Oversee and manage both senior and junior staff within the organization.

- Ensure efficient and effective communication between staff members and departments.

- Address any staff issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.


- *Administration*:

- Implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.

- Organize and oversee office operations and procedures.


- *Work Coordination*:

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members, ensuring timely completion.

- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.


- *Reporting*:

- Directly report to the HR Head of the company based in Delhi.

- Provide regular updates on staff performance, office operations, and any issues that arise.

- Prepare and submit detailed reports on administrative activities and achievements.


- *Discipline and Conduct*:

- Maintain a high level of discipline within the organization.

- Foster a positive and professional work environment.

- Uphold and enforce the companys code of conduct and ethical standards.


*Qualifications*:

- Preferably from an army background with experience in administrative roles.

- Strong knowledge of the real estate or construction business.

- Proven experience in managing and supervising staff.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Proficiency in office management software and tools.


*Preferred Experience*:

- Experience in a real estate or construction company.

- Familiarity with office administration procedures and protocols.
