- Uphold and enforce the companys code of conduct and ethical standards.
*Qualifications*:
- Preferably from an army background with experience in administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate or construction business.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools.
