Job Summary:
Position Overview:
As a Senior Sales Lead for our luxury wood fenestrations division, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building relationships with high- net- worth clients, architects, interior designers and other nodal agencies. You will serve as an expert advisor, delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients seeking premium wood products for residential and commercial projects. Your role will be instrumental in positioning our company as the preferred provider of luxury wood fenestration systems and bespoke wood homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets. Proactively seek new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Client Consultation & Relationship Building: Engage with high- net- worth clients, architects and interior designers to understand their needs and deliver customized wood fenestration and home solutions.
- Build and nurture long- term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Expertise & Presentations: Leverage in- depth product knowledge to present our luxury wood fenestration solutions to clients, highlighting the craftsmanship, sustainability, and unique value propositions of our products.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage client expectations from initial consultation through project completion, ensuring high- quality standards are met.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the luxury fenestration and construction markets. Use insights to provide clients with innovative solutions and maintain the company's competitive edge. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress. Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, market trends, an opportunities.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations for large, high- value contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 10- 12 years in sales, preferably within the luxury construction, architecture, or building materials sector. Experience in the fenestration or wood products industry is highly advantageous.
- Education: A bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales, construction, or luxury homebuilding is a plus.
- Product Knowledge: In- depth knowledge of luxury wood products, including windows, doors, and custom wood homes. Understanding of design trends, construction processes, and sustainability in building materials is beneficial.
- Sales Expertise: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly in the high- end or luxury market. Experience in managing complex sales cycles and handling high- value client accounts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively with clients, architects, and interior designers.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
