Job Description:
- Leading Global Financial services and Wealth Mgt company requires Business Head- Wealth Mgt Solutions ( HNI)- Mumbai( BKC).
- One of our client a Global wealth mgt and Finacial advisory firm based out of mumbai which has been rendering customized FX, Treasury and Wealth Management solutions across India and Asia.
- It has a team of expert professionals with vast experience in FX & Treasury Management. They have served over 900 clients from forty distinct industries. We have worked with multinational corporations, public limited companies, small and medium-sized enterprises & entrepreneurial start-ups.
- We understand the demands and challenges that are unique to each one of them. Throughout these exchanges,It has accumulated a wealth of tacit domain knowledge. It is a one stop treasury and FX solutions firm , over last 19 years. We engage with Indian and global clients helping them create FX and Treasury Solutions.
- It is well positioned in Indian market having relationships with CFO and Promoter level at 100's of companies. We are hiring Business Head- HNI for to head the wealth management business.
Details:
1) Client - Leading Financial services and Weath Mgt company.
2) Role- Business Head- Wealth Mgt Solutions.
3) Location- BKC -Mumbai.
4) Experience- 7-12 years in wealth sales.
5) Qualification- Mgt degree from reputed college/ Tier I /Tier 2 institution i.e IIMs/ NMIMS/ XLRI/ MDI etc.
Job Description:
- This is a partner role. We are looking for a Senior Wealth Management expert who has prior relationships with Indian Family Offices and UHNI. One should have knowledge of alternative products like equities , debt , private equity , PMS , VC funds , REITS , INVITS and other alternative asset classe.
- Reach out to potential Indian investors and family offices, UHNI etc for wealth management business for ticket sizes 5cr to 50cr.
- One should possess very strong domestic and international relationships - should be able to set meetings with prospective clients and pitch MF and alternative asset classes. This will be a fee and distribution model. Should be able to build a team of 15 people and handle P&L.
- Pay would be designed based on Fixed + Variable Structure + Sizable ESOP in newcompany.
- 7-12 years experience in wealth business is must.
Experience / Eligibility & Skill Set Required:
1. Postgraduate with relevant experience of minimum 10 years.
2. Entrepreneur Mindset. Interested in building his own platform for next 10 years.
3. Should have experience in wealth management platforms and should have experience in handling and building teams and advice very large HNIs and Family offices.
4. Should have very strong understanding of products and building relationships.
Experience / Eligibility & Skill Set Required:
- Graduates from only top Tier College/MBA (Dual Specialisation) or Finance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and burning desire to grow, Use our platform, build connections, and increase his treasury and wealth clientele. Avid readers, smart and highly motivated people only apply.
- Fixing meetings and pre-sales experience of minimum 10 years in Financial Markets/Mutual Funds/Broking /Banks/Treasury etc. It is a B2B sales.
- Excellent English , verbal and written communication.
- Passionate about Sales and Connecting with People.
- Understanding of Finance/Financial Products , Derivatives is must. Avoid applying without having strong understanding on Financial products and excellent English skills.
