Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and follow-up on order status.
  
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices with customers, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  
• Coordinate with production team for order execution, tracking progress against scheduled delivery dates.
  
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any issues related to payment collection.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock availability and coordinating replenishment as needed.
