Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job Description

• Preparation of monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.
• Preparation of financial statements, including Limited Review Reports (LRR), every quarter as per IND AS requirements.
• Closure of books of accounts annually, half-yearly, and quarterly in compliance with IND AS.
• Preparation of detailed yearly budgets, financial projections, and variance analysis.
• Optimal hedging of forex exposure considering economic trends and events.
• Ensuring compliance with all Income Tax provisions, including TDS and advance tax.
• Ensuring adherence to GST and Customs regulations, including filing returns and addressing queries.
• Regular monitoring and strengthening of the companys internal controls in both financial and operational processes.
• Designing and preparing the scope of internal audits every quarter.
• Liaising with banks for financial assistance, loan processing, and day-to-day banking activities.
• Preparing financial term sheets for new projects and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits and addressing audit observations.
• Preparation and submission of accurate stock statements for financial reporting and compliance.
• Ensuring compliance with tax audit requirements under Direct Taxation.
• Preparation of order-wise Profit & Loss statements to analyze the performance of specific orders/projects.
• Conducting financial planning, scenario analysis, and strategic reviews to aid decision-making.

Experience: 0-2 years Chartered Accountant or Postgraduate Commerce Graduate with over 10 years of Experience in Manufacturing can also apply
