Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis: Update, clean, and filter data using Google Sheets/Excel; create reports/dashboards with Looker Studio and Power BI.

Formulas & Automation: Utilize advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, QUERY) and automate tasks using Google Apps Script.

System Support: Manage Inventory, Facility, and Project Management Systems; oversee delegation sheets and checklists.

Google Forms & Sites: Automate forms for data collection and build internal websites.

Reporting & Monitoring: Generate insights on data trends, inventory levels, and project statuses.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI.

Basic coding knowledge for automation.

Familiarity with IMS, FMS, PMS concepts is a plus.
