Purpose of Job:
Ensure a smooth workflow by managing and improving tasks and procedures within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with Stores: Work closely with store locations to update inventory, orders, and product availability.
• Follow-ups: Track task completion by following up with stores, vendors, and internal teams.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular reports on process performance and store activities.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.

Note - Office Timing - 10 Am to 7 Pm. (Monday to Saturday) Sunday is fixed off.
