Role & responsibilities

Inventory and Warehouse Management

• Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing wastage or discrepancies.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline warehouse operations, improving storage and retrieval efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards in the warehouse.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of delivery executives, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Set and monitor performance goals, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Delivery Operations

• Plan and optimize delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to address delivery challenges and improve last-mile efficiency.
