Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

MedVoice is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to be an integral part of our U.S. healthcare market expansion strategy. This role is essential in driving lead generation, qualifying prospects, and building lasting relationships with key healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach in engaging with potential clients, effectively presenting MedVoice services, and seamlessly transitioning qualified leads to the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with U.S. clients through outbound calls and inbound lead follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and present MedVoice solutions effectively.
• Update and manage CRM systems with accurate lead information.
• Qualify leads based on criteria and transition them to the Sales Manager.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of MedVoice services and address client inquiries.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager for smooth lead handoff.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos for prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently to maintain lead engagement.
• Identify potential markets and research new opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and trends to enhance MedVoice positioning.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and progress.
• Provide insights to improve lead engagement and sales processes.

Preferred Candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the healthcare or U.S. market domain.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
• Mandatory to work in U.S. time zones.
