Roles Responsibilities:
- International Patient Queries:
- Address inquiries and concerns from newly appointed international patients across various medical specialties.
- Simultaneously follow up with ongoing patient queries to provide timely assistance and support.
- Medical History and Information Gathering:
- Procure complete medical histories, medical reports, and necessary information from patients through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
- Medical Requirement Assessment:
- Understand the medical needs and requirements of each patient.
- Suggest appropriate treatment plans and healthcare provider options based on the patient s medical condition and preferences.
- Coordination with Hospitals and Doctors:
- Collaborate with hospitals and doctors by providing them with essential medical details and reports of patients.
- Schedule and organize teleconsultations with doctors to facilitate remote medical assessments.
- Patient Engagement and Conversion:
- Provide patients with comprehensive treatment plans and detailed information tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
- Ensure high patient conversion rates by addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of patient details, interactions, and conversations on a regular basis.
- Logistics and Travel Coordination:
- Coordinate and communicate all necessary information related to medical visas, travel arrangements, accommodations, and transfers for patients and their families.
- Ensure a smooth and safe arrival and departure process for international patients.
- Promotional Activities:
- Liaise with doctors and hospitals to plan and execute promotional activities as needed to attract more international patients.
- Patient-Doctor/Hospital Coordination:
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between patients and healthcare providers to ensure the smooth processing of ongoing treatments.
