HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Thane, Wagale Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of candidate documentation prior to onboarding.
• Organize and maintain employee records, both digital and physical, in an orderly manner.
• Conduct induction sessions to facilitate the seamless integration of new employees into the company culture.
• Assist with the monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
• Prepare and issue various employee documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, increment letters, termination letters, and experience certificates.
• Monitor and maintain records for employees completing their probation period.
• Prepare and issue confirmation letters for employees completing their probation or extension letters for those requiring an extended probation period.
• Assist in the planning and execution of festive events and employee engagement activities to cultivate a positive work culture.
• Complete tasks assigned by the reporting manager in a timely manner.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in HR functions.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in maintaining and organizing employee documentation.

Compensation:
Up to ₹2.88 LPA
