Job Description:Responsibilities: Working with business users and IT stakeholders
Provides support for SAP Sales and distribution and related interfaces or modules
Monitor the health of the system and resolve any system or transaction related errors
Extend assistance in resolution of system errors, user issues, and data processing and change requests
Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources
To provide feedback to the Development team and Functional team to ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements
To provide regular verbal communication and clear written documentation on all assignments
To provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposesTeam player who collaborates with technical and functional teams to evaluate propose design alternatives, and deliver optimum solution, while minimizing impact to system stability and performance
Work Experience: 6-10 years of experience in SAP SD area including ECC versions and S4 HANA
Should have thorough understanding of all components in Order to Cash process
Well versed with all the configurations related to master data, order processing, pricing, output, delivery and billing
Should have worked on multiple enhancements customizations right from requirements gathering to Production deployment
Should have worked on at least one End-to-End implementation project
Expert analytical skills with problem identification and resolving ability Enthusiastic outlook with affinity to quickly learn new things
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to liaison with all stakeholders
Team player with effective coordination with other employees BE, BTECH or MBA with major in Sales/Marketing from a premier institute
Strong and polished English communication, both written and oral
Required Skills:
