Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Transformation Analyst to support multiple teams within our Business Transformation group ( Project Management / Operational Excellence / Digital Transformation & Learning ). The ideal candidate will manage and maintain critical project tools, ensure data accuracy, provide reports, and update KPIs while supporting continuous improvements initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills (Frequent communication with Top Management), a collaborative mindset, and a strong aptitude for data management and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely updates of project & Continuous improvement initiatives related information.
· Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare related reports.
· Maintain and update critical data across various business tools and systems.
· Detect data anomality's & ensure data accuracy and quality through regular monitoring and validation.
· Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
· Collaborate with multiple teams to support their data, reporting, and operational needs.
· Create and maintain standard process documents in a neat and organized manner, ensuring all necessary details are accurately captured.
· Manage and maintain SharePoint pages to ensure up-to-date and well-organized content.
· Prepare ad-hoc and scheduled reports for various business teams.
· Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Education / Experience / Skills
1) Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
2) Experience: 2–5 years of experience in data management, reporting, or a similar role.
3) Skills:
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
· Fair knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
· Fair knowledge of SharePoint for managing content and pages.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4) Other: Proactive mindset with a strong ability to follow up and meet deadlines
