Research And Development Executive(Badlapur/Taloja API Pharma)

Role & responsibilities

1. To develop new process for the ongoing and new products at bench level.

2. Scaleup of process from bench to Pilot plant.

3. Arranging of raw materials required for the Process development and R & D work

         from store.

4. To prepare the facilities for the R & D work with the help of Maintenance department

5. To make changes in the process by developing easy and workable process.

6. Monitoring of reactions in R & D lab or by analytical support given by ADL.

7. Carry out reactions, isolation and purification as per process requirements.

8. Preparation of Batch summary record and review of process.

9. To support the production team and solve the production issues of quality or any other production problems for ongoing products.

10. To allot on job training to new recruitment and support for the development work.

11. To review and prepare daily lab records in R & D Journal and Analytical records in separate files.

12. To manage Lab cleaning equipment cleaning with the help of Lab assistants.
