Manager Mechanical Engineer -Pharma API(Badlapur/Taloja)

Ensure daily ,timly reporting to General Manager / Unit Head.

• Distribution of daily work ( Break down , project related, modification ,preventive maintenance )

to mechanical , Electrical , instrumentation & project Department.

• Breakdown analysis and trouble shooting to reduce down time of equipment.
• Preventive maintenance of equipment and their planner.
• Preventive maintenance of different electrical equipments ( motors, panels ,breakers )and their

planner.

• Preventive maintenance of different instruments and their planner.
• Operation and maintenance of different types of level indicators, flow meters, pressure

transmitters ,level

Transmitters , pressure gauges, pressure switches, pressure regulators,vacuum gauges,

temperature gauges, temperature sensors, control valves ,compound gauges ,temperature

indicators, water meters.

• Responsible to reduce utility cost, over head cost of plants, man power & their overtime , spares,

fuels.

• Manage the maintenance Budjet and resources effectively.
• Maintain the spare part inventory in engineering stores.
• Recommendation and implementation of energy saving scheme.

Worked in green field and brown field project in API & Chemical plant also.

• Preparation of user requirement specifications ( URS)
• Developing project base line monitoring and controlling project with respect to cost ,time ,over

run of quality of project activities.

• Preparation of CAPEX with BOQ for project activities/ Modifications.
• Modifications of the plants for implementations.
• Understanding project/job scope and its specifications.

SOP of all equipments.

• Equipment list, Critical and non critical equipments.

• Daily & monthly maintenance Reports.

• Different type of compliances, ie Boiler inspection , Electrical inspection.

• Knowledge of Deviation and CAPA.
