We are seeking an experienced Doctor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on emergency treatment. The role requires an MBBS qualification and certification as an Associate Fellow of Industrial Health. As a Factory Medical Officer, you will be responsible for providing medical care to employees, promoting health and safety programs, and ensuring compliance with industrial health standards. Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care to employees in case of injury or illness
• Manage and oversee the implementation of health and safety programs
• Conduct regular health and wellness assessments for employees
• Ensure compliance with industrial health standards and regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop and improve health and safety policies
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical services
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills
• Provide training and education on health and safety topics
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports
• Conduct research on occupational health issues

Education Qualification

• MBBS
• AFIH

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of emergency medical procedures
• Familiarity with industrial health and safety regulations
• Experience in occupational health management
