Role: Senior Manager, Marketing
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in program managing multiple BUs from a marketing operations point of view by aligning the tasks with the key stakeholders and ensuring the company's strategic vision of making quality health care accessible to a billion Indians is met. This person will have to don multiple hats and bring the various projects to life as per the agreed TATs (as we are a horizontal vertical) and help manage expectations with various stakeholders across the business (upstream and downstream). This is also a high visibility role and the right candidate should be able to understand the business requirements and problem statements, translate them into actionable results by working with various internal and external teams and be able to present their achievements to the other teams.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing operations (conceptualization and executing events) and financial management, and possess communication, people management and analytical skills to make decisions on his/her own. We are looking for someone who can be part of the hustle and get things done on the ground with their strong personality.
Depending on the candidate's background and experience this role can lead a team and work across multiple facets of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of marketing strategies, programs, events, and campaigns that generate demand, increase revenue, and build a healthy pipeline. This involves project management, managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, to educate, inform, and mediate across a number of stakeholders in an organization and present research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to operate at high-level strategic thinking as well as oversee creative and detailed implementation of strategies. Ability to guide projects from ideation through to completion
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to meet the tasks as per the agreed timelines and also within the allotted budgets.
- Write and edit executive-level documents/presentations that will be shared with internal leadership teams.
- Circulate weekly executive briefing highlighting progress across camps, key launches, etc from a marketing perspective.
- In depth knowledge of marketing and sales techniques, channels, business partner relationship development strategies, and knowledge of the Indian market,
- Must be experienced in functions such as: Campaign and Events, Media Relations & planning, Vendor Management, Collateral Building Social Media, Collateral building.
- Ability to effectively negotiate with external vendors with a strong ROI orientation
- Follow financial protocols and procurement processes for budget utilization
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field
- Experience of 5-6 years and above
- Marketing Operations background (Events/ BTL background preferred)
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to storyboard messaging for internal presentations, internal videos.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Results-oriented, highly-autonomous self-starter with a focus on measurable impact.
- Self-directed with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with MS Office including/especially PowerPoint
