Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Refractory Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our Refractory products to various sectors.
Products- Tundish Board, Alumina Bricks, Ramming Mass, Castable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Refractory Sales market in above products.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of aluminum extrusion products, applications, and industry trends to effectively advise clients and position products.
- Quoting and Proposals: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements and specifications, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management on progress against targets.
Qualifications :
- B. tech Ceramic equivalent
- Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience in the Refractory Product Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
