Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious company targets in the automation sector.

- Prospect for and identify potential clients within the automation industry.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate effectively with technical teams to understand customer needs and propose tailored automation solutions.

- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and identify opportunities to refine sales strategies.

- Negotiate and close deals by securing favorable contract terms while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our automation solutions.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads, build brand awareness, and expand market reach.

- Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/masters degree in, business administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automation industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of automation technologies and their applications across various industries.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
