Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our automation solutions.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads, build brand awareness, and expand market reach.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/masters degree in, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automation industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies and their applications across various industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
