Job responsibilities
- Client Communication :
Create a seamless and comfortable communication channel with clients. Manage day-to-day activities, including regular client interactions and addressing their needs effectively.
- Requirement Gathering Documentation :
Collect client requirements with a thorough understanding, document them, and communicate them to internal departments. Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations.
- Asset Management :
Manage clients online assets (social media, website content) based on the marketing calendar.
- Reporting :
Prepare and maintain management and client reports with accuracy and frequency. Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including social media performance and deliverables status.
- Social Media Management :
Handle general social media management, including postings, comments, direct messages, customer FAQs, and alerting clients of any customer issues.
- Team Collaboration :
Serve as a bridge between the client and the Monolith IMC team. Communicate creative requirements and coordinate with the larger team for successful delivery of projects.
- Calendar-Based SM Postings :
Ensure social media postings are aligned with the content calendar and meet client objectives.
- Deliverables Tracking :
Oversee the quality and timeliness of all deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Standup Meetings :
Participate in daily and weekly standups, identifying problems and proposing solutions. Facilitate communication within the team.
- CEO Support and Client Visits: Assist the CEO with meeting preparations and individual meetings as needed. Additionally, participate in client visits, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring effective communication to address client needs.
Experience Requirement :
1-2 years of experience in digital account management, social media, or a related field.
Male candidates are only preferred.
Location : Cochin
