Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in Jaipur. This internship provides an opportunity for engineering graduates from any year to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, including Social Media Management , Market Research , SEO/SEM , and more. As a key member of the marketing team, you will help enhance TezHire AIs online presence and drive our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage TezHire AIs presence across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), creating and scheduling engaging content.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, and contribute to marketing strategy development.
Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Assist in managing SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and other digital marketing KPIs, providing regular reports to the team.
Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools, applying best practices to campaigns.

Requirements

Engineering Graduate (open to any year of graduation).
Knowledge of social media management tools and best practices.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of market research methods and data analysis.
Creative mindset with the ability to create compelling content.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Located in Jaipur .

Nice to Have

Experience with email marketing tools and campaigns.
Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with marketing automation tools and A/B testing.
