Assistant Manager - Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations between partners and Medi Assist, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
• Support internal stakeholders in driving key initiatives, ensuring alignment between teams, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.
• Maintain and analyze data, using advanced Excel skills to prepare reports, track performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the partner relationship.
• Regular review of assigned partners/brokers' reports with the Leadership Team, addressing issues proactively before escalations occur.
• Regular client visits twice in a week for building relationships with representatives of partners.

Experience Required

• 2-4 years of experience in Client Service or Client Relationship roles.

• Strong communication and persuasive skills to effectively engage with senior management and

clients.

• A strong sense of accountability and responsibility, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high

standard and within deadlines.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
• A proactive, confident individual who can take ownership of responsibilities and engage with key stakeholders effectively.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
