Role Overview:
The Quality & Training Assurance Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance processes and training programs for teaching faculties. This role aims to ensure consistent instructional quality, continuous faculty development, and adherence to academic standards to enhance the learning experience for students.
Job Description:
1. Conduct Inspections and find deviations in skill training and provide suggestions for enhancing the training and placement percentage (Quality Services).
2. Guide and providing capacity building Session to trainers for quality training. The Sessions based on the content delivery, performing practicals in the Classroom Safety and Awareness, and interpersonal Skill development.
3. Handling Candidate dossier and documentation as per the requirements of the projects.
4. Co-ordinate skill training center staff including Center staffs & manager or their sub lines
5. Provide MIS Support to Operation Team.
6. Ensuring timely compliance & reports for different projects as per the Government Project guideline.
7. OJT Verification, Placement Physical Verification.
8. Monitoring the Placement Record.
Qualifications:
I. Bachelor's/Masters degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
II. Minimum of 5 years in a teaching, academic administration, or quality assurance role, with experience in faculty training preferred.
III. Certifications in teaching, training, or quality assurance are a plus (e.g., Certified Professional in Training Management, Quality Assurance in Education, etc.)
