Production Plant Head

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment focused on large electric motors, generators, or related heavy equipment.

Strong technical expertise in electric motor and generator manufacturing processes, including stator stacking, winding, vacuum impregnation, rotor preparation, rotor balancing motor assembly, testing, and quality assurance.

Experience in defense projects will be added advantage. Able to develop and derive required machinery specifications for motor production plant.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and budget management.

Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in ERP systems, manufacturing software, and MS Office suite.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment
