Role & responsibilities

• Ensures that meeting calendars of all Committees are made
• Does Gap analysis as per the observation of internal audit.
• Provides feedback to operations/clinical departments
• Supports the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation.
• Carry out routine audits of clinical areas/departments.
• Ensures Statutory Compliances.
• Supports and implements Quality Implementation projects.
• Ensures timely Closure of Non conformities.
• Conducts Training on Quality standards in coordination with HR.
• Gives support to the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators
• Ensures that all the clinical areas are complying to ISO15189 2007 standards .
• Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager .

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have experience of 5 to 10 Yrs of relevant experience of Quality from NABH/ JCI Hospitals Only.

Candidate must be BDS + MHA Qualified.
