Electric Mechanical Engineer

• Oversee construction, renovation, and repair of buildings and structures
• Manage maintenance and repairs of building systems
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and operational expenses
• Work with other departments to identify and prioritize facility-related projects
• Implement energy efficiency and sustainability measures
• To design, maintain, and optimizing the infrastructure systems within a building or facility
• Ensuring smooth operation by overseeing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing systems,
• Manage Predictive + Preventative maintenance programs,
• Working in collaboration with internal / external customers , contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient facility upkeep
• key aspects include troubleshooting technical issues, managing energy consumption, and coordinating repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain MIS data , Local / Standard Compliance documents .
• Manage monthly / quarterly vendor billing , provisions etc in SAP

Education

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office
• Knowledge of the building process and construction principles
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
• Certification on HSE , Audits, Sustainability will have added preference .

Experience

Min 8-10 years of experience in handling large IT Infrastructure Campus experience of handling more than 1 Lac Square feet of office area .
