Sales & marketing -Sr. Engineer

ROLE & Responsibilities-

1. Identifying and Meeting new and existing customers over the phone, email, or on site to assist in technical aspects of business development

2. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our products meet client needs and specifications

3. Making and interpreting customer requirements-speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs

4. Generating technical sales proposals and contracts in consultation with Sr.Managers and company management

5. Researching options and requesting quotes for outsourced components of projects or custom products

6. Lead generation: Identifying and Meeting new customers/maintain healthy business relation with existing customers over the phone, email, or using various social platform for business development.

7. Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our established internal communication system

8. Working with R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing team to ensure development schedules and deliveries are met

9. Achieving Sales Targets

10. Administering clients accounts and follow-ups on them

11. Developing support material for other members of marketing team

12. To present monthly report to Marketing managers

13. Adhering to all company policies and codes

14. Updating Enquiry Register & complete tracking from enquiry to Order

15. Preparing Sales Quotations & Sales order in SAP.

16. Offer Follow-ups & Coordinating with client.

17. Extensive touring in remote places ,

18. Payment follow up.

19. Cross-functional coordination with design, purchase, quality & production department for project updates.

Skills:

1. Customer Relation Management

2. Computer Knowledge wold, Excel, & Power Point.

3. Project Management & Team Management

4. Strong Coordination Skills

5. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing email Marketing etc.

6. Familiarity with fabrication & Mechanical products, technologies, and technical terminology

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

9. Simulation Software Knowledge added advantages

Requirements:

1. Ready for travel at least 15 days a month.
