We ae looking for an Dynamic Manager Sales & Digital Marketing team who will oversee and drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives in the scaffolding and shuttering industry. This role involves developing strategies to increase market share, manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote the company's product offerings while leading and mentoring the sales team and also through various mode of digital channels

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profit targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Train and motivate the team on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Create and execute marketing plans, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
• Design marketing collaterals tailored to the scaffolding and shuttering sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve customer engagement and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and construction companies.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively. Determining posting frequency on social media
• Building a strong connection between customers and the business
• Collaborating with other marketing team members
• Building social media strategy to increase awareness and engagement on social media
• Executing digital marketing tasks
• Creating consistent brand messaging
• Analysing marketing campaign performances
• Using insights from past campaigns to optimize new ones
• Engaging with online audiences
• Working with external collaborators to bring the business and marketing goals achievable
• Establishing key performance indicators related to marketing strategies

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of scaffolding and shuttering systems, materials, and market trends.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing within the construction or related industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic decisions.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
• Minimum [510 years] experience in sales and Digital marketing, with [2–3 years] in a leadership role.
