Marketing Executive (Urgent-Hiring)

Role & responsibilities

1. Social Media Coordination:
• Liaise with the social media team to ensure alignment with the resorts brand strategy and goals.
• Oversee the implementation of social media campaigns and content plans developed by the external team.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse metrics, and suggest feedback to the team to optimize campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels.
2. Vendor Coordination:
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon terms and quality standards.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing materials, print media, and promotional items.
3. Resort Coordination:
• Work closely with resort management and staff to align marketing initiatives with resort operations and guest experiences.
• Coordinate and execute on-site events, promotions, and special packages.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and presentation throughout the resort.
4. Day-to-Day Marketing Requirements:
• Support the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Cordinate with the designer to assemble and provide details for brochures, flyers, and digital content. Follow up to ensure the timely completion and quality of the final products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Handle administrative tasks related to marketing, including budget tracking and reporting.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and social media metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work effectively with internal teams, including sales tea, resort team, and management, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Communicate marketing goals, updates, and results to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
