Seniorr Talent Acqusition / Head Hunter (UK Shifts)

Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunter
Location: Gurgaon Sector 74a
Shift: UK Shifts (12 noon to 9 PM IST)
Work Schedule: 5 days office work

MUST be local to Gurugram and must have his own vehicle to commute

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and IT Hiring:
• HAnds-on recruitment for senior leadership and IT roles within the organization.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top-tier talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for all positions.

• IT Industry Expertise:
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the IT industry to source and attract high-caliber candidates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and insights to inform recruitment strategies.

• Communication and Relationship Building:
• Engage with candidates and stakeholders with exceptional communication skills, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Persuasive Recruiting Skills:
• Use persuasive techniques to attract and convince top leadership talent to join the organization.
• Effectively pitch the companys value proposition to potential candidates.

• Office Work Requirements:
• Work from the Gurgaon office 5 days a week, collaborating closely with the recruitment team and other stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and other in-office activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Proven track record in leadership and executive hiring, with a strong focus on the IT industry.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and closing senior-level candidates.

• Skills:
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Highly persuasive with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to work UK shifts (12 noon to 9 PM IST).
• Ready to work from the Gurgaon office 5 days a week.
