Junior Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to arrange logistics.
Prepare and process shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipments.
Support in the resolution of any issues related to delivery or logistics.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and warehouse teams, to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor transportation costs and suggest cost-effective solutions.
Assist in preparing reports on logistics performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
