Digital Marketing Manager

Mayfair Housing is searching for a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase sales for our new developments.

Responsibilities

1) Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy for Mayfair Housing across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging and visually appealing content showcasing Mayfair's properties, communities, and brand story
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all social media channels
• Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, lead generation)
• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and platforms relevant to the real estate industry

2) Lead Generation & SEO:

• Implement SEO best practices to improve Mayfair Housing website's organic search ranking
• Develop content strategies to attract qualified leads to the website
• Manage and optimize landing pages for lead capture
• Analyse website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
• Paid Advertising (PPC & SEM):
• Develop and manage targeted PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to reach new audiences and generate leads
• Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase website traffic and brand visibility
• Analyse campaign performance and optimize spending for maximum return on investment (ROI)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on real estate
• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management
• Experience with SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Search Console, etc.)
• Working knowledge of PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads, social media ads)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• A passion for the real estate industry and an understanding of current market trends
