Senior Process Associate

\We are seeking a highly skilled professional with excellent knowledge in the IP domain. The ideal candidate should be capable of executing assigned activities independently, collaborating with team members, and providing effective solutions based on business requirements.

• Execute assigned activities independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to brainstorm requirements and propose effective solutions.
  
• Understand business requirements, analyze them, and take appropriate actions.
  
• Perform US, PCT, and Indian patent filing and prosecution activities.
  
• Mentor and guide junior associates.
  
• Prepare or update operating procedure documents based on customer requirements.
  
• Document and demonstrate solutions through documentation and flowcharts.
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the IP domain.
  
• Hands-on experience with docketing tools such as IP Manager, Foundation IP, Anaqua, Lecorpio, Memotech, Patricia, etc.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Self-driven and a strong team player.
  
• Complete knowledge of all premium features related to the role.
  
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
