We are seeking a proactive and experienced Automation and Process Improvement Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through automation and process optimization, leveraging advanced AI tools and technologies
Responsibilities :
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement automation strategies using AI tools to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with IT and business groups to incorporate AI solutions into business operations, enhancing decision-making and workflow automation.
- Manage the change process effectively, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and support for new initiatives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to encourage a culture of continuous improvement and technology adoption.
- Evaluate and work with AI tools and automation software vendors to ensure the best solutions are utilized.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in process improvement and automation management.
- Proven experience with AI tools and technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation (RPA).
- Strong project management skills, with a successful project delivery track record.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or similar methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with software related to AI tool implementation and process automation (e.g , UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Understanding data analytics and related tools (e.g , Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
