Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor the team’s performance and provide regular updates to the Manager on progress, challenges, and accomplishments.
Help in managing the team’s workflow, ensuring that tasks and projects are allocated appropriately.
Coordinate operational activities to ensure that all business processes are running smoothly.

Team Management and Supervision:
Supervise and motivate a team of staff members to ensure high performance and team productivity.
Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support staff development.
Handle escalated issues or concerns from team members, offering guidance and solutions.
