Job Description
- Understanding of business processes and potential risk scenarios
- Analyze the results, interpret and communicate the result and finding to the business.
- Writing Business requirement and Change request.
- Reviewing Functional Specification Document for Ingenium and Scopp requirements
- Preparing accurate & timely MIS Reports and Dashboards as per requirement of Management.
- Analysis based on key performance indicators and suggest for the area of improvement.
- Responsible to meet & exceed the targets set by the Management.
- Facilitating creation of training pack for all new products
- Ensuring UAT is completed within timelines
- Facilitating cross functional alignment for Operations and IT
- Participate in Governance Reviews
- drive and mange analytics and business team through requirement gathering, solution design, Planning and implementation .
- All BR s are submitted within acceptable timelines
- BR s should be comprehensive and should contain illustrations/examples wherever required
- A high level of mathematical ability
- Target orientation and ability to meet deadlines
- Process Orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill with the ability to translate complex analysis into we'll-structured and simple to understand presentation and recommendations
- Good analytical skills
- The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
- Familiar with Advance MS Excel
- Customer centric attitude
- Good Systems knowledge
- Should be a graduate, preferably with a professional qualification.
- Should be good knowledge of Insurance products and concepts.
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience.
- Have worked on data analytics support work either as tool implementation, automation of control or MIS development
