• To have complete orientation of Alt worklife app and different software, like HIS, and ERP,LMS etc.
• To comply with the service quality process, environmental & occupational issues & policies.
• To comply with patient safety policy.
• To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
• To conducts regular audits of nursing practices to assess adherence to established standards, ensuring that home care nurses maintain a high level of clinical competency, safety, and patient-centered care.
• To do skill assessments of nurses clinical competencies.
• Actively engages in the interview process, evaluating prospective nursing candidates for their clinical proficiency, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
• Collaboration among home care nurses and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of care services, effective communication, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
• Timely maintenance and submission of training records.
