As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the executive team, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel for executives
Maintain and organize executives calendars and prioritize tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external communication
Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Take initiative in anticipating the needs of executives and proactively solve problems
Assist in special projects and ensure follow-up and completion of tasks
Perform general office duties such as filing, phone support, and other administrative tasks as needed.
