- Work as part ofMicrosoft 365 System Administration and Business Automation team to proactivelyidentify and develop process improvement opportunities aimed at enabling thebusiness to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology.
- Review, analyze,and model business processes and information flows to identify inefficienciesand areas for improvement.
- Propose solutions(including automation); identifying alignment with business requirements;making recommendations.
- Document processchange requirements using the agreed standards, methods, and tools ensuringconsistent high-quality output.
- Define, develop,and deliver processes and systems to ensure that service levels areconsistently in alignment with customer experience expectations.
- Effectivelycommunicate with key stakeholders at all levels and in all departments in orderto ensure their engagement and support of business improvement activities.
- Integrateautomation solutions with existing software systems and databases.
- Work with team totransform business requirements into automated solutions.
- Contribute to thedesign, development, testing, and deployment of new applications andautomations, as well as the enhancement and maintenance of existing ones.

Required Skills
- Proficiency withMicrosoft O365 applications.
- Strong technicalbackground with a focus on workflow automation and process improvement.
- Experience inprocess automation, scripting, and workflow design, and automation tools (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, SharePoint, PowerBI, ServiceNow) preferred
- Desire to learn newtechniques and skills.
- Strong analysis,planning, organizing and time management skills.

Required Experience
- 3-5 yearsapplication design, development, and support experience. Workflow and processimprovement methodology and technology solution experience strongly preferred
