The Senior Automation Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion to integrate business systems and streamline workflows. This position requires a so understanding of the framework of Workfront and how it can function for the purpose of the stakeholders objectives. With good experience in automation and enterprise integration, the ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop innovative, scalable automation solutions. This role is crucial for driving process efficiency, improving operational workflows, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This position is ideal for someone with an aptitude to learn additional platforms and how they can all contribute to a Connected Work solution for our brand partners and internal stakeholders.

• Lead the design and development of automated workflows using Adobe Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront with various enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation, etc.) and able to create scenarios / templates / connections / webhooks / keys etc. in Fusion platform.
• Collaborate closely with the Workfront Product Owner, business stakeholders, users, compliance teams, and audit partners to thoroughly understand business requirements and translate them into efficient process designs using Workfront Fusion. These designs aim to minimize manual data entry, accelerate time to market, and enhance overall user experience.
• Identify opportunities within existing Workfront processes to leverage Fusion automation, streamlining workflows and integrating Workfront with other industry-standard tools and internal platforms across Sales, Marketing, Servicing, and more.
• Provide mentorship to junior colleagues in configuration, guiding them through the design and implementation of Workfront Fusion scenarios.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for Workfront Fusion automation, advising teams on best practices, design standards, and process improvements.
• Lead product demonstrations, deliver presentations, and provide training on complex topics such as workflows, Fusion Scenarios, and process design to a variety of stakeholders
• Continuously monitor the performance of automated workflows and make improvements to ensure they remain efficient and reliable.

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Adobe Workfront Fusion Professional Certification -Issued by Adobe
• 5+ years experience in business process automation and enterprise system integration, experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and other integration protocols.
• 3+ years experience in developing and optimizing Workfront Fusion workflows and automations.
• 2+ years experience in software (SaaS based solutions) implementation
• 1+ years experience in reporting and analytics

• 5+ years experience in developing and optimizing Workfront Fusion workflows and automations.
• 3+ years leading projects, mentoring, SME in the dept.
