Associate Product Manager - Early Stage SaaS Portfolio Company (Mumbai)

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager for one of our fast growing B2B/SaaS portfolio companies. This role is perfect for individuals who are analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about building scalable products.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) to deliver product features and enhancements

- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success

- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful product development and deployment

- Develop business cases and proposals to support product initiatives

- Communicate product plans and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in B2B SasS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier engineering college in India

- Technical background with understanding of software development, data analytics, and cloud technologies

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and product development life cycles

Nice to Have:

- Experience with speech analytics, AI, natural language processing, or related technologies

- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
