Process Trainer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for new hires, focusing on process orientation, product knowledge, and soft skills development.
  
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  
• Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to improve performance and address skill gaps.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry as a Process Trainer or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of OJT (On-the-job Training), NJT (Need-based Just-in-Time Training), TNI (Training Needs Identification) concepts.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
