Manager / Senior Manager - HR

• Post-graduate or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) specialization in Human Resources.
• 12-14 years of HR generalist experience, with a majority focus on LD, Talent Management, and HR Operations.

Job responsibility:

• To evaluate and enforce HR interventions ranging from PMS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, LD, and HR Operations to achieve the overall HR mission of the organization.

• Manage Organisational transformation change through timely effective Implementation of OD interventions.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.

• Implementing, benchmarking HR practices like Mentoring, Objective Performance feedback, Reward Management, System improvement etc

• Develop implement competency-based HR Systems such as Succession Planning, Talent management, Job rotation.

• Retain develop talent in the organisation.

• Managing engagement of employees and developing strong Learning development
