Senior AI Innovative Leader and QA

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy Development: Define and implement a roadmap for integrating AI across Matellios software development and QA lifecycle.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive the adoption of AI and machine learning (ML) technologies to automate repetitive tasks, enhance code quality, and improve testing efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to leverage AI for accelerating development cycles, reducing bugs, and improving overall productivity.
• Tool Development & Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and integrate AI-powered tools for code generation, testing, defect prediction, and more.
• Training & Enablement: Lead the effort to upskill teams on AI technologies and foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
• Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to evaluate the impact of AI adoption on cost, time-to-market, and quality, and continuously refine strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development or QA, with at least 3-5 years focusing on AI/ML applications in these areas.
• Proven expertise in AI technologies like natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, generative AI, and AI-powered testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries, frameworks, and cloud platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker).
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving innovation and organizational transformation.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
